"Never Forget" arcs across the top on a bold black and gold banner — a vow, not just a phrase. "Honor the Heroes — Remember September 11, 2001" is inscribed on the base banner, flanked by laurel branches. The entire scene rendered in extraordinary antique silver relief with colour enamel detail that rewards every second look.
